We are looking for a detail-oriented, results-driven, and proactive Business Analyst / Project Manager with 15+ years of experience in Healthcare, Data Processing, and Information Technology.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of managing projects, gathering requirements, and implementing healthcare systems.

• Healthcare IT and data processing experience
• Medicare and Medicaid billing knowledge
• Data analysis and workflow development
• Systems and applications implementation
• Business and system analysis
• Requirements gathering and documentation
• Project planning, prioritization, and deadline management
• Stakeholder communication, facilitation, and negotiation
• Strong client relationship and project management skills
