Role Description The Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in West Orange, NJ. This role involves identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, supporting sales initiatives, and strengthening client relationships across auction and appraisal services. The Development Specialist will analyze market data, track industry trends, and contribute to strategic planning to expand Caspert's reach and service offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing proposals, coordinating with internal teams on service delivery, maintaining accurate records in relevant systems, and participating in presentations or client meetings. The role also requires collaboration with leadership to refine development strategies, optimize processes, and support the company's continued growth and innovation.

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret market data, assess business opportunities, and support strategic decision-making.
