Litigation Associate — Healthcare Reimbursement Dreyfuss Williams & Associates Co., L.P.A. | Independence, Ohio | $125,000–$150,000 Dreyfuss Williams & Associates is a provider-side healthcare reimbursement firm representing hospitals and physician groups against commercial and managed care payers. Our work is affirmative: ERISA, breach-of-contract and underpayment litigation, DRG downgrade and clinical validation denials, COB and audit disputes, prompt-pay violations, and No Surprises Act matters. We file; we don't defend. We are hiring a litigation associate to take direct ownership of an active docket throughout Ohio. What you'll do Draft and argue oppositions, dispositive motions, and appellate briefs Manage written discovery, document productions, privilege logs, and discovery motion practice Take and defend depositions, including payer and third-party administrator witnesses Carry a case group with partner oversight rather than partner drafting Work directly with hospital revenue cycle and clinical staff What we're looking for 4–8 years of civil litigation experience; Ohio licensure in good standing Demonstrated first-chair responsibility for written work product Working familiarity with the Ohio Civil Rules and Cuyahoga County practice Comfort with a high-volume, deadline-dense docket rather than a single large case Healthcare, insurance coverage, ERISA, or complex commercial contract experience preferred Compensation and benefits $125,000–$150,000 base salary, commensurate with experience Discretionary annual bonus Health and dental coverage, retirement plan with employer match CLE, bar dues, and professional memberships paid Why this seat Substantive work from day one, in a small firm where your briefs go out under your name.
