Assistant Controller

Key responsibilities

• 
  
• Review Fund NAV packages, quarterly financial statements, notes disclosures, and supporting schedules in coordination with the fund administrator.
  
• Review partner capital statements in coordination with the fund administrator.
  
• Support annual fund audits, gathering supporting documentation and responding to auditor requests.
  
• Assist with quarterly tax estimates and filings in coordination with the tax team and external tax advisors.
  
• Compile and analyze fund financial data and operating metrics for recurring and ad-hoc management reporting, including quarterly investor letters.
  
• Support the Investor Relations team with recurring and ad-hoc investor reporting, due diligence questionnaires, and fundraising-related requests.
  
• Support fund liquidity management, including preparation of borrowing requests, credit facility paydowns, day-to-day funding requirements and investor capital call and distribution notices.
  
• Prepare management fee and carried interest waterfall calculations for review, in coordination with the fund administrator.
  
• Review wires in the treasury management system for review and approval.
  
• Support fund compliance with domestic and foreign regulators, ISDA counterparties, and credit facility lenders.
  
• Contribute to global technology, automation, and process improvement initiatives across the fund finance function.
