The Opportunity

A leader in crushed stone, recycled concrete, sand and gravel, with new plants on the way. The company's next senior finance leader will come from this seat.

What You'll Own

• Lead and develop a team of 4, reporting directly to the owner
• Month-end close and job costing
• The 13-week cash-flow forecast that steers the business
• AR/AP, audit and tax readiness
• Selection and rollout of a new ERP / job-cost system

Must have: 7+ years of accounting experience (3+ leading a team), hands-on month-end close and job costing, advanced Excel, and a bachelor's in Accounting or Finance.

Nice to have: QuickBooks, Sage, Viewpoint or Foundation; construction, building materials, manufacturing or distribution experience; ERP implementation; unit cost accounting; CPA.
