Robert Half is partnering with a well-established, family-oriented organization in the Centennial area to identify an HR Coordinator to support its growing seasonal workforce (year round position). This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in HR, recruiting, onboarding, or employee support who enjoys a hands-on role and building relationships with employees in a close-knit, non-corporate environment.

About the Opportunity

This is a year-round position with a significant seasonal component. The organization typically employs approximately 60 people during slower months and grows to around 150 employees during its busy season from April through July. In preparation for peak season, this role will take the lead on recruitment coordination, onboarding, orientation, and training to help ensure the team is ready for increased business demands.

The company has a welcoming, family-oriented culture where many employees have been with the organization for years. The environment is collaborative, practical, and people-focused, with an emphasis on supporting employees and maintaining positive working relationships.

The organizational structure is relatively flat, so this opportunity is best suited for someone who values stability, meaningful day-to-day responsibilities, and the ability to broaden their HR skill set rather than someone seeking rapid promotions or a traditional corporate career ladder. There is room to develop additional skills, take on new responsibilities, and gain exposure to a variety of HR functions over time.

Important scheduling note: This is a fully onsite position requiring work every Saturday and Sunday. The schedule is approximately 40–45 hours per week, with flexibility to choose days off during the week based on business needs. Candidates must be comfortable with a weekend-based schedule.

  • Assist with employee relations, performance review coordination, employee appreciation initiatives, and internal communications.
  • Support payroll administration, benefits coordination, and other HR processes as needed.
  • Help coordinate safety training, incident documentation, and other administrative HR responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees from a variety of backgrounds, including hands-on and blue-collar workforces.

  • Ability to distinguish between routine employee frustrations and situations that require escalation to management or HR leadership.
  • Comfortable working independently in a hands-on, non-corporate environment with a relatively flat organizational structure.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, and strong data-entry and recordkeeping skills.
  • Flexibility to support seasonal staffing fluctuations and work every Saturday and Sunday.
