As we continue to grow, we are looking to add 2 Outside Sales Representatives to our Fluidraulics team.

Position Summary: In this role, you will manage and grow an established sales territory across Northeastern Ohio by developing new business opportunities and strengthening relationships with existing customers. Working closely with manufacturers, maintenance personnel, engineers, and purchasing professionals, you will identify technical challenges, recommend automation and fluid power solutions, and help customers improve operational performance. You will be responsible for driving territory growth through consultative selling, account management, business development, and collaboration with internal technical and customer support teams. Success in this role requires strong relationship-building skills, technical aptitude, and a passion for delivering value-added solutions that help customers achieve their business objectives.

**This position is primarily remote; however, candidates should reside within a commutable distance of the assigned territory.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute territory growth strategies to achieve sales and profitability goals.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within manufacturing, OEM, and industrial markets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships across engineering, maintenance, operations, and purchasing functions.
• Conduct customer visits, plant surveys, and product demonstrations to identify and support application opportunities.
• Promote and sell industrial automation, fluid power, motion control, process control, and related solutions.
• Collaborate with inside sales, application specialists, and supplier partners to develop and deliver customer solutions.
• Prepare quotations, manage sales opportunities, and follow through to close business.
• Maintain accurate customer, pipeline, and sales activity records within the CRM system.
• Represent the company at trade shows, training programs, customer events, and industry meetings.
• Stay current on industry trends, technologies, competitive offerings, and market developments.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of outside sales experience in industrial automation, fluid power, motion control, controls, electrical automation, or related industrial markets preferred.
• Proven success developing new business while growing and retaining existing accounts.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand industrial applications and customer challenges.
• Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout Northeastern Ohio.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience selling and supporting fluid power solutions, including pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Experience with industrial automation, controls, and related manufacturing technologies.
• Knowledge of motion control, robotics, sensors, safety products, and machine control applications.
• Experience calling on manufacturers, OEMs, and industrial end users.
• Ability to identify, develop, and implement technical solutions that improve customer productivity, reliability, and operational performance.
