A leading NYC based Financial Services firm is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to expand your office operations experience in a prestigious setting. Responsibilities Support HR and workplace events by coordinating catering, assisting with setup and teardown, and preparing event signage and materials Schedule and coordinate preventative maintenance activities and respond to urgent facilities-related service requests Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, including package tracking, recipient verification, and domestic and international shipping coordination Coordinate employee office relocations and workspace transitions in partnership with cross-functional teams Set up and configure workstations for new hires and convert existing workspaces into bookable desk arrangements Conduct routine facility inspections to identify, document, and escalate maintenance and operational issues Perform regular inventory audits of conference room equipment to ensure operational readiness and resource availability Create, manage, and track facilities service requests, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with stakeholders Coordinate vendor access for on-site repairs, maintenance, and projects while ensuring compliance with building and security protocols Qualifications 3 years of related Facilities and Office environment experience Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse personalities in all levels of management, as well as outside vendors and clients, by maintaining objectivity and demonstrating maturity Strong customer service skills a must Good interpersonal, organizational, communication and problem-solving skills are required Ability to lift up to 50lbs5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
