Job Description Job Description The Special Education Teacher plays a critical role in supporting middle and high school students with diverse learning needs by designing and implementing tailored educational plans. This teacher works with caseloads ranging from 10 to over 20 students, providing individualized instruction and advocating for student success through collaboration with educators, specialists, and families.
