HIRING POSITION (Freelance Independent Contractor)

Compensation Value: Base Consulting Fee | Commission | Profit-Sharing (Bonus)

Availability:Part-time - 20 to 40 Hours per Month

Location: Remote "Work from Home"

Core Responsibilities: Cloud Hosting B2B sales professional prospecting/selling cloud, dedicated, and/or elastic compute infrastructure hosting services, managed platforms, and hybrid/public cloud solutions.

• 
  
• Active Book of Business - Contact active clients, accounts, and/or ongoing revenue stream involved around Cloud Hosting.
  
• New Business Acquisition - Identify, prospect, and qualify leads earning new enterprise or mid-market cloud hosting contracts.
  
• Full-Cycle Deal Management - Own deals from initial discovery and technical proof-of-concepts (POCs) through contract negotiation and closure.
  
• Consultative Selling - Understand complex Hyperscaler IT architectures and map them around the Client’s needs.
  
• Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with solutions architects, engineering teams, and legal counsel to structure custom migration or deployment plans.
  
• Executive Relationship Building - Engage C-level leaders (CIOs, CTOs, and IT directors) to pitch long-term digital transformation rather than single-transaction sales.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Experience: 5 to 8+ years of B2B technology or enterprise infrastructure sales experience.

Active Book of Business: Have an active set of clients, accounts, and/or ongoing revenue stream involved around Cloud Hosting.

Education: A bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent sales track record).

Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Hyperscaler platforms, virtualization, containerization (Kubernetes), and managed hosting/VPS environments.

Communication Specialist: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Financial Specialist: Strong business acumen and financial literacy.

Stick & Move Specialist: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and results-oriented environment.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Compensation Value:$100K+ per Year (Dependent on Client Sales Scope)

Base Consulting Fee:$1,250.00 (USD) per Month

Commission/OTE (On-Target Earning): 5% of the Client’s Sale/Ongoing Gross Revenue - NO CAP

Profit Sharing: 1% of the KonectHosting Total Gross Revenue - NO CAP
