I built Rosenblum Allen Law Firm, a Nevada family law firm, from the ground up. Twenty-one years later, we have three Las Vegas Valley offices, a growing team of attorneys, and ambitious plans for expansion.

For all 21 of those years, our marketing has been mine. Handing it over isn't easy, which is why I'm looking for someone I can trust with it: a marketing leader who can turn Google visibility into signed clients.

Here's the reality of the job. Families find us through Google Maps, search, reviews, ads and referrals, and they call us. We compete every day with firms that outrank us in the Maps results. We work with an outside SEO agency and a paid social agency, run Google Ads and Local Services Ads, and track calls. What we're missing is one person who owns all of it, knows what the numbers mean, and makes them better.

This is a hands-on role, and I want to be honest about what that means. You'll start as a team of one or two, working closely with our intake team and directly with me, plus our agencies and vendors. You'll do the work, not just direct it. This position is based in our Las Vegas office and is not remote.

What you'll own:

• Our three Google Business Profiles: categories and Maps rankings.
• Google Ads and Local Services Ads, managed to cost per retained client.
• Call tracking, GA4 and conversion tracking, so we know which channel produced each client.
• Measuring what matters: Search Console, GA4, Maps rank tracking, call tracking and intake data, tied together in a monthly report I can read in five minutes.
• Managing our SEO agency and holding them to results.
• Managing our paid social agency and holding them to results.
• Local PR, media opportunities and community partnerships.

You're likely a fit if you have:

• Led marketing for a local or multi-location service business, ideally a law firm, medical or dental practice, or similar.
• Won in Google Maps and local search, with results you can describe in numbers.
• Run Google Ads yourself and fixed conversion tracking yourself.
• Daily, hands-on fluency with Google Search Console, GA4, Google Business Profile performance data, local rank tracking such as BrightLocal grids, and call tracking. You can tell a real drop from a slow day, and explain why.
• Grown calls, appointments or clients, not just traffic or impressions.
• Live in the Las Vegas area.

You're likely not a fit if your experience is mainly internal communications, software or product marketing, or brand awareness measured in impressions, or if you're looking for a remote role. xevrcyc Those are valuable skills, but they aren't this job.
