We’re Hiring: Business Management Analyst Do you have experience supporting DoD business operations, procurement, and logistics? Our client is seeking a Business Management Analyst to support research and development programs within a federal government research organization. This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional who can coordinate across teams, manage competing deadlines, and keep critical program support activities moving. What you’ll do: • Prepare and track purchase requisitions in GFEBS, ensuring supporting documentation is complete. • Coordinate property transfers, turn-ins, and shipping using DPAS and DD Forms 1149 and 1150. • Process visitor requests and coordinate with security and badging teams. • Support ATAAPS timekeeping reviews and follow up on corrections. • Maintain accurate records, track outstanding actions, and provide clear status updates to leadership. What you’ll bring: • Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience. • Familiarity with GFEBS, DPAS, ATAAPS, and DoD property accountability processes. • Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills. • Ability to work effectively with government personnel, contractors, vendors, and support teams. • Sound judgment when handling sensitive information and following established procedures. • Must have an active Secret security clearance.
