Manager/Senior Manager, Finance & Corporate Strategy

In this role you guide strategic and financial thinking to support Lantern's scale across markets, service lines, and pricing. You will partner with the CFO, CEO, and Board to turn complex questions into clear, board-ready recommendations. Expect high-visibility work that informs capital allocation and strategic decisions. You will shape frameworks and analyses, accelerating decision-making in a fast-growth, healthcare context. • Lead strategic and financial analyses to convert ambiguous questions into structured, board-ready recommendations
• Deliver 4+ analyses per year informing capital allocation or strategic decisions
• Develop and apply advanced Excel models to translate trade-offs into a recommended path for executives
• Own sections of board and investor materials requiring deep analytical insight with minimal CFO rework
• Build reusable analytical frameworks and templates to raise the analytical bar across the function
• Partner with business units (Commercial, Operations, Product/Technology) and Enterprise Analytics to maintain alignment and avoid scope creep
• Navigate multiple workstreams in a high-growth, ambiguous environment

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA a plus
• 5-8+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or corporate finance
• Advanced Excel modeling skills
• Structured problem-solving and executive communication (pyramid principle)
• Moderate knowledge of Claude or ChatGPT (Claude preferred)
• Familiarity with Databricks, NetSuite, and visualization/automation tools (Lucidchart, Visio, Alteryx, Knime) a plus
• Healthcare or healthcare technology industry experience a plus
