Corporate Finance Analyst/Associate/Senior Associate

In this role you will serve as the primary underwriter for complex corporate and middle-market relationships, designing credit structures aligned with client needs and the bank's risk tolerance. You will engage in detailed financial analysis, support loan structuring, and participate in portfolio management and potential syndication activities. This position blends client interaction with rigorous risk assessment and regulatory compliance, offering impact through prudent lending and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Prepare detailed credit memorandum for complex lending relationships
• Analyze client financial statements and macro factors comprehensively
• Recommend loan structures with covenants and definitions
• Identify credit strengths, weaknesses, risks, and mitigating factors
• Determine underwriting and due diligence scope based on risk profile
• Participate in joint calls with Relationship Managers
• Monitor portfolio risk and propose proactive actions
• Prepare quarterly/annual reviews and defend risk ratings
• Review and negotiate legal documentation with outside counsel
• Develop financial forecasts and enterprise valuations
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
• Utilize Microsoft Office and department-specific software to improve efficiency
• Collaborate as part of a team and engage in related tasks such as on-site equipment use

• 5 - 6 years Credit Underwriting in the Corporate Finance sector preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or other business-related field preferred
