Financial Systems Senior Business Process Lead - Oracle PPM

In this Finance led role, you own and standardize PPM business processes, prioritizing Oracle ERP-enabled capabilities. You will translate SME input into clear outcomes, validate feasibility, and drive readiness for quarterly releases. You partner with IT ERP Delivery on design and delivery while ensuring controls and reporting reflect operational needs. You'll shape PPM improvements across project accounting, costing, billing, contracts, and reporting to support governance and value realization.

• Lead as the PPM workstream SME and finance systems owner, aligning business processes with operational ownership
• Collaborate with process owners to validate intent, feasibility, and adoption of changes
• Translate SME input into concrete requirements, acceptance criteria, and traceability to enable timely decisions
• Maintain knowledge of current-state/target-state PPM processes, policies, reporting, and controls
• Develop and maintain BPMN process maps; design and execute UAT tests and validate fixes
• Contribute to training materials, SOPs, and job aids
• Define target-state business capabilities for PPM applications and communicate business value to ERP delivery teams
• Lead discovery with Finance/Operations to capture needs, draft requirements and acceptance criteria, including controls and data integrity
• Manage ServiceNow demand intake and ensure linkage to Azure DevOps for traceability
• Assess business impact of quarterly Oracle releases, coordinate UAT, and sign-off on readiness
• Translate audit, compliance and risk needs into PPM requirements and evidence for audits
• Engage with ERP vendors to influence product enhancements and support Oracle requests

• Bachelor in Accounting
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud ERP-PPM and/or Oracle EBS - Projects (required)
• Proficient in Oracle Cloud ERP (PPM) and/or Oracle EBS (Projects) (required)
• Proficient in BI tools (OneStream, Hyperion) (preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) (required)
• Strong verbal/written communication; ability to work with all levels of the organization
• Experience in a professional services or similar industry (preferred)
• Experience with ServiceNow and Azure DevOps for demand/intake and delivery traceability (mentioned)
