Finance Functional Lead - Banking, Capital Market Associate Director

In this role you will lead finance reinvention for large enterprise clients, combining F&A domain mastery with AI-enabled and ERP-enabled transformation. You will own the deal lifecycle, cultivate CFO and CAO relationships, and shape AI-first operating models to deliver measurable value. You will act as a trusted advisor and contributions to market thought leadership, guiding multi-tower finance transformations. This is a high-impact, client-facing senior delivery and sales position at scale.

• Lead F&A sales and practice across the full deal lifecycle
• Build CFO-level relationships and identify new opportunities
• Design AI-first Finance solutions leveraging agentic AI, automation, and ERP technologies
• Craft compelling value propositions to win large managed services deals
• Deliver domain expertise in at least one F&A tower (PTP, OTC, RTR, or FP&A)
• Contribute to thought leadership on Finance Reinvention and AI in F&A

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, and CPA or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of experience in large-scale Finance sales or transformation (consulting or Managed Services)
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Insurance, Banking or capital markets
• Preferred CPA certification
• Previous external consulting experience
• Proven track record closing large Finance consulting or managed services deals
• Demonstrated AI fluency to design AI-first operating models
• Hands-on experience deploying agentic AI, GenAI, or intelligent automation in Finance
• Deep familiarity with leading ERP and F&A platforms (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Coupa)
• Industry expertise in Financial services (Banking, Insurance)
• Experience structuring and winning F&A managed services contracts
