Finance Reinvention - Financial Services Senior Manager, EPM

In this role you lead Finance Reinvention engagements for financial services, from strategy and operating model design to EPM implementation and AI-enabled finance. You advise CFOs and senior finance leaders, translating complex FS data environments into scalable planning and analytics solutions. You work with cross-functional teams and alliance partners to deliver driver-based planning, rolling forecasts, and agentic FP&A workflows that accelerate decision cycles. You help shape finance functions with humans and intelligent agents, ensuring governance and risk management. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of AI, EPM, and FS regulation.

• Lead Finance Reinvention engagements from strategy to EPM implementation and AI enablement
• Design and deliver driver-based planning, rolling forecasting, and variance analytics
• Advise on EPM platform selection and match to FS client context and regulatory environment
• Architect agentic FP&A workflows automating scenario generation and insight delivery
• Define Human + Machine operating models with accountability, audit trails, and escalation paths
• Translate FS data environments into scalable planning and analytics solutions
• Manage engagement risk, project economics, and client relationships; advise CFO-level stakeholders
• Contribute to practice growth through proposals, client relationships, and pipeline development
• Collaborate with alliance partners to deliver partner-enabled solutions
• Mentor practitioners and stay current on EPM, AI, and finance transformation trends

• Minimum 8 years in finance transformation, FP&A, or EPM with at least 3 years in advisory/consulting
• At least 5 years leading project teams and managing senior client relationships
• Bachelor's Degree
