Finance Reinvention - Financial Services Consultant, EPM

In this role you transform finance functions through AI-enabled planning and enterprise performance management. You design and deliver planning, forecasting, and reporting solutions that drive data-driven decisions for financial services clients. You work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to translate requirements into deployable models and clear deliverables. You will help scale capabilities, create reusable templates, and contribute to a knowledge-sharing culture. • Build and configure planning, forecasting, and reporting solutions on leading EPM platforms under guidance
• Configure and test FP&A workflows, including automated scenario generation and variance commentary
• Develop driver-based planning models, scenario logic, and variance analytics for client use
• Explore AI and EPM capabilities and translate them into usable finance processes
• Gather and document requirements via client interviews; convert into designs and build specs
• Perform finance data analysis, profiling source data, validating models, and testing against baselines
• Produce client-ready deliverables: documentation, design artifacts, dashboards, and executive summaries
• Support testing, training, and deployment through go-live and stabilization
• Contribute to practice assets such as templates and configuration accelerators
• Build finance domain knowledge across banking, insurance, and capital markets
• Travel up to 25-50% as required by client engagements

• Minimum 3 years in finance transformation, FP&A, financial analysis, or EPM implementation in consulting, professional services, or corporate finance
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills, including advanced Excel
• Experience delivering client-ready or executive-ready deliverables
• Exposure to multiple EPM platforms and hands-on use or administration
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain findings to non-technical audiences
• Willingness to travel 25-50%
