Senior Manager, Human Resource Business Partner

As Site HR Leader, you will partner with business leaders to deliver people and capability programs and support organizational goals. You'll balance strategic HR initiatives with hands-on delivery, leading the local HR team and advising on labor, compensation, and talent programs. You'll drive employee development, engagement, and retention while ensuring regulatory compliance and a strong culture. This role offers impact across a growing biotech environment, shaping people strategies to enable business success.

• Lead talent and performance management, compensation planning, and workforce planning
• Serve as primary contact with centers of excellence on program delivery and customizations
• Coach managers and employees on development and employee relations
• Roll out benefits, wellness, and onboarding initiatives
• Provide field perspective on program effectiveness and local labor market insights
• Facilitate performance management processes including goal setting and feedback
• Identify and address training needs for leaders and teams
• Drive engagement initiatives and retention strategies
• Oversee talent acquisition, internships, and job description maintenance
• Act as HRIS and LMS administrator and support data analytics for KPIs

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• 10+ years in Human Resources including HRBP experience
• Leadership experience preferred
• Knowledge of onboarding, talent management, and related HR processes
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across levels
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• LMS and training experience a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation skills
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations
• Willingness to travel
• Experience with HRIS and data analytics is desirable
