Enterprise Business Consultant

As an Enterprise Business Consultant, you will define strategy, lead large cross-functional initiatives, and ensure alignment across workstreams to deliver measurable business impact. You collaborate with analytics, sales, technology, and operations to drive enterprise priorities and transform how the business operates. Your role combines consulting, program leadership, and data-driven decision making to enable strategic outcomes. This is a highly collaborative, internal-facing role with occasional customer interaction, remote work, and opportunities to influence leadership and governance.

• Lead enterprise programs spanning multiple workstreams and align with business strategy
• Shape governance, best practices, and execution standards within the transformation office
• Define and drive strategy for large-scale, cross-functional initiatives
• Manage all initiative phases using project and software development lifecycle methodologies
• Partner with Sales, Product, Technology, Professional Services, Marketing, Support, and other functions
• Leverage data, dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to track progress and support decisions
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers when needed
• Lead change management and embed program outcomes into the organization
• Create and present executive materials (steering updates, status, financials, risks)
• Oversee budgets, monitor performance, analyze variances, and take corrective actions
• Coordinate testing, UAT, and validation with analytics and technology teams
• Serve as a liaison to ensure holistic delivery across workstreams

• 7-10 years of experience leading enterprise or large-scale initiatives across multiple teams
• Experience in a consulting role or strategic advisory capacity
• Salesforce or CRM experience with CRM data models
• Experience interpreting analytics and working with data analysts
• Proficient in Power BI for supporting initiatives
• Excellent communication with ability to influence and engage senior leaders
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
• Strong leadership with a results-oriented mindset
• Experience preparing executive-level presentations (PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with Order to Cash, Commercial Analysis, Sales, Product, and Technology
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or Clarizen
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience
• SharePoint experience preferred
