Manager Finance - Inventory Optimization (Hybrid- Seattle, WA)

In this role you will lead the Inventory Finance team focused on returns, inbound integrity, and shrink, partnering with operations and merchandising to improve economic outcomes. You drive financial modeling, KPI reporting, and proactive process improvements in a fast-paced environment. You will develop talent, uphold high performance, and influence senior leaders through clear analysis and cross-functional collaboration. • Lead and develop a finance-analyst team focused on returns, inbound integrity, and shrink workstreams
• Act as a strategic partner to leaders, collaborating across Finance, Operations, and Merchandising to optimize economics
• Build and maintain financial models, KPI scorecards, and reporting frameworks that surface actionable insights
• Identify and drive process improvements to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of financial reporting
• Perform and guide ad hoc analyses, presenting recommendations to senior leaders
• Manage team performance and development through KPIs and structured conversations

• 7+ years of finance experience with at least 2 years in people management
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related field
• Strong analytical, modeling, and quantitative skills; data-driven decision making
• Experience guiding team performance with KPIs and scorecards
• Excellent verbal and written communication with senior executives
• Ability to lead a team through ambiguity and deliver results in a fast-changing environment
