Regional Credit Admin Manager - Huntington Technology Finance (HTF)

In this role you lead a team of portfolio managers responsible for credit approval, administration, and review across a defined region. You will shape administrative and review systems to safeguard portfolio quality and profitability while maintaining a moderate-to-low risk profile. You make credit decisions within your authority and guide lending opportunities beyond regional limits. You collaborate across lines of business to deliver equipment finance solutions and mentor staff to drive performance.

• Lead portfolio managers in credit approval and monitoring for a multi-billion-dollar portfolio
• Establish and manage administrative/review processes to protect portfolio quality and profitability
• Make credit approval decisions and advise on opportunities exceeding regional limits
• Identify potential problem credits and coordinate restructuring or risk mitigation
• Provide guidance on lending policies to staff and business units
• Collaborate with other lines of business and regions to deliver equipment finance products
• Provide back-up support for other Regional Credit Officers

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years of underwriting, analyzing, and managing commercial credit relationships
