Auto Finance Credit Manager

As Auto Finance Regional Area Credit Manager, you will oversee credit operations for auto dealer originated loans across multiple markets. You will drive policy enforcement, risk management, and portfolio compliance while leading dealer relations and staff training. You will handle complex loan approvals and support cross-market growth with a focus on customer service and regulatory adherence. This role combines hands-on underwriting with strategic policy input to improve effectiveness. • Oversee credit operations for auto dealer originated loans in assigned markets
• Approve, deny, and negotiate consumer auto credit applications
• Manage dealer relations and customer service to develop market presence
• Monitor portfolio compliance and risk across markets
• Ensure staff training and adherence to policies, procedures, and regulations
• Recommend policy changes to improve process effectiveness
• Perform duties in line with company and regulatory standards
• Participate in cross-market collaboration as needed

• Bachelor
• 5+ years of related experience
• Local dealer knowledge and relationships
• Experience with multiple dealership groups
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Prime Auto underwriting experience
