Director II, Commercial Finance & Pricing

In this role you shape financial strategy and pricing for government services, driving profitable bids and proposals. You collaborate across Finance, Sales, and Operations to balance client value with enterprise goals, guiding pricing models and investment reviews. • Lead FAR-compliant pricing, cost proposal development, and financial analysis for government contracts
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Operations to support competitive bids, contract modifications, retention efforts, and RFP/RFQ pricing strategies
• Direct the financial aspect of strategic deals: pricing structures and investment review presentations
• Craft proposals aligning pricing with client value and operational realities
• Provide insights and recommendations to influence deal strategy, pricing accuracy, and approval readiness
• Contribute to shaping commercial policy and pricing infrastructure for enterprise growth
• Communicate financial narratives clearly to executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 7 years of management experience
• 7 years of related experience
• Commercial mindset with ability to assess deals from client and business perspectives
• Analytical expertise to interpret complex financial, contractual, and operational data
