Commercial Real Estate Finance Midlevel Associate

In this role you will support complex real estate finance transactions for a leading law firm in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You will work closely with partners and senior attorneys to draft and review loan documents, perform due diligence, and coordinate closing logistics. You'll handle multiple workstreams and communicate directly with clients and deal teams. The position offers meaningful responsibility and the chance to contribute to lender-side representations across office lines, with a preference for candidates based in NY, NJ, or CT.

• Drafting loan documents
• Conducting and managing due diligence reviews
• Reviewing opinion letters and other third-party documents
• Leading the preparation of closing checklists and coordinating closing logistics
• Direct communication with clients and deal team members
• Managing multiple workstreams within a deal
• Familiarity with lender-side representation preferred

• Three to five years of substantive experience in real estate finance

• J.D. from an accredited law school
