Finance Functional Lead - Insurance Associate Director

In this role you drive Finance Reinvention for Fortune 500 clients, combining deep F&A expertise with AI and modern ERP know-how. You own the end-to-end deal lifecycle, build CFO-level relationships, and shape AI-first operating models. You will lead transformation programs across PTP, OTC, RTR, or FP&A domains, translating complex programs into compelling business cases. This is a senior, client-facing role focused on delivering measurable value through large-scale finance transformation.

• Own the full deal lifecycle for global enterprise clients, from pursuit to execution
• Develop CFO-level relationships and act as trusted advisor to Finance leadership
• Design AI-first F&A solutions leveraging agentic AI, automation, and ERP technologies
• Articulate clear value propositions to win large managed services deals
• Provide deep domain expertise in at least one F&A tower (PTP, OTC, RTR, FP&A) and lead transformation initiatives
• Contribute to market-facing thought leadership on Finance Reinvention and AI in F&A

• Bachelor in Finance and Accounting, CPA or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of experience in large-scale Finance Sales or transformation in consulting or Managed Services
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Insurance, Banking or capital markets
