Oracle Finance Consultant - Utilities

As an Oracle ERP Consultant in the CFO & Enterprise Value practice, you help CFOs transform finance operations on Oracle Cloud ERP. You combine deep GL/SL knowledge with consulting, delivery, and stakeholder collaboration to translate priorities into scalable solutions that drive enterprise value. You'll design asset management capabilities, lead data and process redesign, and enable finance teams through training and cutover readiness. This role offers exposure to multi-team collaboration and real-time value realization in finance transformation.

• Support Oracle Cloud ERP transformation programs for CFO/finance organizations (design, configuration, data conversion, testing, training, deployment, post-go-live adoption)
• Design and configure Oracle Fixed Assets (categories, books, depreciation, capitalization, transfers, retirements; integrate with Projects and GL)
• Translate CFO priorities into measurable enterprise value cases with KPI baselines and value architectures
• Analyze finance process data (COA, sub-ledger mappings, master data, journals, asset registers, reconciliations) to inform design and data cleansing
• Collaborate across client stakeholders, Accenture delivery, product, integration, testing, training, and offshore teams
• Provide hands-on Oracle Cloud ERP training and enablement for business users and project teams
• Support cutover activities, deployment readiness, change enablement, and stakeholder communications
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery methods, solution quality, and cross-team collaboration for finance transformation value
• Travel may be required (0-100%)
• Stay aligned with finance transformation goals and client priorities

• Minimum 3 years of experience implementing Oracle Cloud ERP Financials (GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, or Intercompany)
• Minimum 3 years configuring and deploying Oracle Fixed Assets (lifecycle, depreciation, reporting)
• Minimum 3 years in finance transformation consulting (process design, controllership, close optimization, or CFO advisory)
• Minimum 3 years working with finance process data (COA design, sub-ledger to ledger reconciliation, data conversion, finance master data)
• Minimum 1 year serving utilities clients or in utilities finance/regulatory function
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience)
