Finance Manager - Mars Veterinary Health

In this role you will act as a financial enabler within MVH, delivering robust financial models and ROI analyses to guide portfolio investments in digital and technology. You will collaborate with Portfolio Managers to build business cases, track portfolio performance, and ensure alignment with corporate finance standards. Your analyses will support capital allocation and value realization across Transform and Run activities. • Champion financial stewardship and adherence to Mars principles across budgets and expenditures
• Develop and maintain advanced financial models with ROI, NPV, IRR, and payback analyses
• Conduct scenario analyses and sensitivity testing for business cases
• Oversee financial performance tracking across MVH digital/tech portfolios; perform variance analyses and escalate risks
• Serve as PMO interface to DT Finance, supporting forecasting, planning, and budget reconciliation
• Maintain value-tracking data and conduct post-implementation reviews to refine future valuations

• 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or management consulting
• 2+ years of experience supporting technology portfolios, IT PMOs, or Digital Tech departments
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a highly quantitative field

• Financial modeling including ROI, NPV, IRR
• Total cost of ownership (TCO) assessments
• Budgeting and forecasting
