Senior Director, Finance - InReach

In this leadership role, you will steer financial planning and operational excellence across multiple units for the InReach segment, partnering with the CFO and segment leaders. You'll shape financial strategy, proforma models, and the bid process while coaching a high-performing Commercial Finance team. You'll deliver insights, enforce robust controls, and drive profitability in a complex, matrixed environment. Your work will influence strategic decisions and cross-functional outcomes in a collaborative, growth-focused culture.

• Lead the development of the Commercial Finance team and processes; manage the Commercial Finance manager
• Own the proforma model and support the bid process; approve all proformas under $500K
• Track sales pipeline, wins, retention, cross-sell, and YOY performance across customers
• Serve as a strategic business partner delivering financial insights to influence direction and outcomes
• Shape and enforce financial processes, controls, and compliance standards
• Lead a finance team, fostering growth, accountability, and future leadership
• Collaborate with executives to deliver forecasts, budgets, and performance analyses
• Navigate audits and change control protocols; drive operational efficiencies and profitability across units
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support strategic initiatives
• Translate complex financial data into actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 10 years of management experience
• 7 years of related experience
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent quantitative, modeling, verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to analyze large volumes of information; detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
• Leadership experience with mentoring, results, and collaborative culture
• Advanced financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, modeling, performance reporting
• Problem-solving and multi-priority management in a matrix environment
• Strategic thinking in cost control, pricing strategy, and contract compliance
