Program Finance Analyst

In this role you will support program financial operations, partnering with the Program Manager to ensure effective budgeting and financial management across multiple projects. You will work within a fast-paced government-finance context to analyze data, prepare documents, and drive reporting for enterprise consolidation. The role involves coordinating data calls, handling RFIs, and tracking spend plans and contracting actions. You will contribute to compliance and reporting activities, including travel and reporting oversight, enabling informed decision making. This position offers a meaningful opportunity to influence budgeting processes in a national security environment.

• Assist the Program Manager in collecting and analyzing financial data for RFIs related to program financial management
• Coordinate and manage periodic data calls with Service Intelligence Centers to consolidate and validate financial information
• Develop and route financial documentation (spend plans, allocation tables, CBJC/CJB language, LPL items, budget submissions, impact statements, RECLAMA submissions)
• Compile and generate monthly financial reports detailing obligations and expenditures for enterprise consolidation
• Respond to DARTS/Coliseum and CFO taskings as needed
• Track and document spend plan changes and support financial recording of MIPR and contracting actions
• Serve as the Travel and Reporting Track Manager, overseeing related activities and compliance
• Execute additional duties as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS)

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree with 6 years of relevant experience; 4 years of additional experience in lieu of the degree
• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to pass a Polygraph
• Experience in financial analysis or government budgeting/finance
• Strong understanding of federal financial systems and processes (e.g., DARTS, MIPR procedures)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
