Finance Reinvention - Financial Services Consultant, EPM

As a Finance Reinvention consultant, you will design and configure AI-enabled planning and forecasting solutions for financial services clients. You will translate client requirements into functional designs and end-to-end deliverables, working with EPM platforms and driver-based models to drive better decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to reusable assets, and support go-live activities to help clients transform their FP&A capabilities.

• Build and configure planning, forecasting, and reporting solutions on leading EPM platforms under guidance
• Configure and test agentic FP&A workflows, including automatic scenario generation and variance commentary
• Develop driver-based planning models, scenario logic, and variance analytics for client use
• Leverage emerging AI and EPM capabilities and translate them into usable finance functions
• Gather requirements via client interviews, translate into designs, and build specifications
• Conduct finance data analysis, profile source data, validate models, and test results against baselines
• Produce client-ready deliverables: process docs, design artifacts, dashboards, executive summaries
• Support testing, training, and deployment through go-live and stabilization
• Contribute to practice assets: templates, accelerators, and knowledge sharing
• Build domain knowledge in banking, insurance, and capital markets through client work and learning
• Travel up to 25-50% depending on client engagements

• 3+ years of experience in finance transformation, FP&A, financial analysis, or EPM implementation
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills with advanced Excel
• Experience producing client-ready or executive-ready deliverables
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain findings to non-technical audiences
