Real Estate Finance Associate Attorney

As a Real Estate Finance Associate Attorney, you will support a nationally recognized practice handling complex real estate finance deals across the United States. You will work directly with partners and clients, contributing to multi-faceted financing structures and distressed CRE transactions. The role combines substantive deal work with opportunities for client interaction and business development. This position offers a pathway to grow into a sophisticated finance practitioner within a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture at a leading AmLaw 100 firm.

• Competitive Salary: $205,000 - $275,000

• Represent lenders, capital providers, and borrowers in complex real estate finance transactions
• Structure, negotiate, and document construction loans, mortgage financings, and equity investments
• Advise on sophisticated debt, debt-like, and equity structures for commercial real estate assets
• Manage multi-tiered capital transactions and structured finance matters
• Assist with distressed commercial real estate transactions and related financing
• Collaborate with partners and clients throughout all phases of transactions
• Maintain significant client contact while handling multiple matters in a fast-paced environment

• JD from a top-tier law school
• Active Bar Admission in relevant jurisdiction, in good standing
• 2-5 years of substantive experience in real estate finance transactions
• Extensive experience with debt, debt-like, and equity transactions secured by real estate
• Experience in construction financing and multi-tiered capital structures
• Experience representing lenders, capital providers, or borrowers
• Excellent attention to detail, sound business judgment, strong interpersonal skills
• Strong legal research, drafting, analytical, and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work collaboratively in a team
• Commitment to superior client service and potential for business development opportunities
