MRAD Finance Discretionary NRE Business Manager (M3) HYBRID

In this role you will drive financial management for the MRAD product area, focusing on cost control, EVMS compliance, and forecasting for the Sentinel system project. You will collaborate with Program Office, Engineering, and IPT leads to provide financial insight and guidance. You will manage dashboards, EAC/LRE development, and program logs while presenting results to leadership. This is a hybrid role offering impact across cross-functional teams and defense programs.

• Implement and maintain Earned Value Management (EVM) framework
• Provide monthly variance analyses and data insights
• Develop Quarterly EAC and monthly LRE estimates
• Establish and maintain program logs (MR, UB, BCRs)
• Offer financial guidance to Program Managers, IPT leads, and CAMs
• Perform cost, schedule, and financial reporting and funding planning
• Review financial reports, presentations, and proposals for accuracy

• Bachelor in Finance
• 5 years of relevant experience (or 3 years with Advanced degree)
• Experience with SAP or similar cost accounting system
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• U.S. citizenship required for access to financial management system
