Executive Director of the Elanco Business Solutions (EBS)

As Executive Director of Elanco Business Solutions, you will shape and drive the global strategy for four EBS centers, ensuring efficient operations and compliant service delivery. You'll partner with FCOE, CFOs, and leaders to implement a common, impactful approach across regions. You will lead a large, distributed team and oversee transitions of new services to boost cost efficiency and financial performance. • Develop and implement the global vision and operational framework for the EBS centers
• Lead a large, globally distributed team to achieve high engagement and performance
• Serve as the accountable owner for service delivery, continuous improvement, and partner relationships
• Oversee transitions of new services into EBS, ensuring effective organizational design, hiring, and training
• Ensure robust compliance across EBS processes and achievement of financial targets
• Directly manage EBS administration, Record-to-Report, Purchase-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash activities ( 475 employees)
• Collaborate with Finance Center of Excellence and global stakeholders to standardize processes
• Drive cost efficiency and alignment with business plans and targets
• Manage strategic initiatives including large-scale transformations and technology implementations
• Foster a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and continuous improvement

• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification
• 10+ years of leadership experience in a multinational shared services or similar environment
• 8+ years managing large, cross-functional senior leadership teams across multiple international locations
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting and resource allocation experience
• Proven ability to develop and execute long-term functional strategic plans
• Experience with service transitions and process improvements
