Braid Business Operations Analyst

In this role, you support senior leadership and a fintech-focused, innovation-driven team by blending executive support with business operations, project coordination, and process improvement. You will tackle operational problems, coordinate strategic initiatives, and manage cross-functional tasks spanning finance, tech, sales, and vendors. The position offers early-career exposure to building and scaling a fintech business, with opportunities to grow into broader operations or Chief of Staff-like roles. You will work closely with leadership to drive efficiency and effective decision-making.

• Oversee key operational activities and ensure progress on commitments and projects
• Coordinate calendars, meetings, and logistics for senior leaders (in-person and virtual)
• Prepare travel arrangements and meeting materials including agendas and presentations
• Communicate professionally with internal stakeholders, clients, consultants, vendors
• Process security access, equipment, software, and service requests
• Track budgets, invoices, vendors, registrations, and maintain records
• Coordinate vendor onboarding, contracts, invoicing, and vendor communications
• Maintain organized company information and knowledge assets
• Collaborate across finance, strategy, risk, compliance, technology, and other teams to execute processes
• Prepare leadership-ready materials (presentations, proposals, reports)
• Coordinate events, conferences, client meetings, and related logistics
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and organization
• Own miscellaneous operational problems and special projects
• Support cross-functional collaboration and onboarding activities

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (preferred)
• 1-3 years in business operations, executive support, project coordination, consulting, or related role
• Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication; service-oriented approach
• Ability to manage deadlines and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
• Comfort with data, budgets, reports, presentations, and process documentation
• Interest in learning new technology and using AI tools to improve efficiency
