Business Analytics Lead Analyst

In this role you will lead analytics-driven development and reporting initiatives to support business decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain applications and dashboards that improve user experience and data insights. You'll work across SDLC, ensuring data quality, performance, and timely reporting. This position offers the chance to shape analytics solutions in a healthcare-adjacent context and drive automation and data-driven decision making.

• Design, develop, and maintain .NET-based applications (C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET) and related UI/UX components
• Participate in all SDLC phases from requirements to deployment and support
• Develop new features and enhance existing applications based on business needs
• Troubleshoot defects and production issues; create technical documentation
• Collaborate with team to design technical solutions and user interfaces
• Develop reporting interfaces and data visualizations to improve user insight
• Support releases and production deployments
• Develop and maintain reporting solutions using SQL, VBA and Microsoft technologies
• Create and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, tables, and views
• Ensure data quality, availability, and performance in enterprise reporting
• Assist with ad hoc analyses and reporting enhancements
• Build dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
• Investigate data discrepancies and reporting issues
• Translate business needs into functional/technical specs
• Collaborate in Agile teams and participate in QA/UAT
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders
• Support internal users with application and reporting inquiries

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of .NET development experience
• Strong experience with C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, SQL Server, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5/CSS3
• Experience developing and supporting web-based and/or Windows applications
• Strong SQL skills (queries, stored procedures, views) and data analysis
• Experience with Microsoft VBA and Excel-based automation
• Experience testing, troubleshooting, and production support
• Familiarity with SDLC and software development methodologies
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools
• Experience with Python development preferred
• Experience supporting reporting, analytics, or self-service applications
• Healthcare, PBM, or related industry experience (preferred)
• Familiarity with Agile, Jira, stakeholder engagement
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs
