As Director of Growth Strategy, you will act as the senior growth advisor for your line of business, translating market insights into actionable GTM opportunities. You partner with I&I to align intelligence with firm priorities and shape strategies for cross-functional marketing. You will provide data-driven rationale to buyer marketing and ensure strategies reflect the actual pipeline. You lead with integrity, collaborating with partners to prioritize demands and shield marketing teams from tactical requests. • Serve as senior strategic growth advisor for the designated line of business; translate insights into GTM opportunities and target profiles for marketing
• Collaborate with function and channel growth strategy teams to align plans and resolve conflicts or synergies
• Provide AI-informed strategic inputs to the buyer marketing team with data-backed rationale for plans and budgets
• Act as the primary contact for partner leaders; apply a data-based framework to prioritize demands and protect marketers from tactical requests
• Use CRM and internal data to monitor growth sources and ensure marketing efforts align with pipeline reality; feed back to leaders
• Coordinate with buyer marketers to determine if live initiative feedback should update the growth strategy
• Uphold integrity, professionalism, and a respectful work environment

• Minimum ten years of experience in GTM strategy, corporate strategy, business development, or strategic marketing
• Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) in business, strategy, economics, or related field
• Deep expertise in go-to-market strategy development and quantitative market analysis
• Proven ability to act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders and partners
• Exceptional stakeholder management and ability to translate market data into strategic inputs
• Strong analytical skills with familiarity with AI-driven modeling, BI tools, and CRM data
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
