Sr. Manager HR Business Partner

In this role you will partner with Naval Power teams to drive the talent agenda and build organizational capability. You will serve as the HR face for multiple programs within two sub-SBUs, shaping talent development, leadership effectiveness, and structured workforce changes. You will execute HR initiatives, leverage data-driven insights, and collaborate across a matrixed organization to deliver meaningful people outcomes. This is an on-site opportunity in Tucson, offering the chance to influence leadership, succession, and organizational design at scale. You will work in a fast-paced, security-sensitive environment aligned to RTX values and mission.

• Embed within SSBU program teams to influence decision making and process improvements
• Drive organizational effectiveness through leadership onboarding, role alignment, and org design changes
• Lead talent initiatives including succession planning, rotations, and growth opportunities
• Support high-performing teams by applying RTX Team Fundamentals and collaborating with HR partners and COEs
• Establish credibility as a thoughtful HR partner and influence policies and practices
• Build and maintain a broad internal network across RTX and other business units

• University degree with 10+ years of HR experience or advanced degree with 7+ years of HR experience
• Experience leading HR projects (compensation, performance management, succession)
• Experience coaching people leaders through HR challenges
• Strong HR business acumen and cross-functional collaboration ability
• Experience with confidential information handling and interacting with executives
