Senior Agile Business Specialist

In this role you will analyze and optimize business processes, partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, and drive agile adoption across cross-functional teams. You will translate business needs into clear requirements and ensure solutions align with strategic goals. Your work will focus on improving delivery speed, reducing risks, and enabling effective collaboration between business and technology groups. • Conduct in-depth business analysis to map current processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Create business requirements documentation and user stories to support agile projects
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to capture needs and align on outcomes
• Collaborate with development teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Implement and promote agile methodologies to enhance project delivery
• Perform impact analysis and risk assessment to mitigate issues
• Provide SME guidance on best practices for process optimization
• Coordinate with product owners, BAs, and PMs to prioritize work and drive timelines

• Strong proficiency in business analysis techniques and tools
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience in agile methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities to drive improvements
• Proven track record in requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis
• Agile certification such as certified scrum master (CSM) or equivalent is a plus
