Business Operations Manager, Supply Chain Resilience (Starlink)

In this role you will lead Starlink's supply chain resilience, designing end-to-end strategies to ensure production continuity across global corridors. You'll drive cross-functional decision-making, tying resilience metrics to growth and cash performance. You'll build models to identify choke points and time-to-survive/recover, and partner with hardware teams to reduce single-source dependencies. This work supports SpaceX's ambitious Starlink program and broader mission to fund Mars exploration.

• Own end-to-end supply chain resilience strategy for Starlink's global and domestic corridors
• Champion resilience as a key KPI alongside growth and cash performance
• Quantify rest-of-world opportunities to achieve technical and cost parity
• Develop executive contingency playbooks for supply and geopolitical emergencies
• Create first-principles models to identify choke points and quantify TTS and TTR
• Collaborate with hardware/manufacturing engineering to eliminate single-sourcing and broaden vendor base

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, computer science, data science, physics, or other quantitative field
• 4+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, product management, operations, FP&A, consulting, banking, or entrepreneurship
• 4+ years of experience in Excel or programming

• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments
