Performance Management Consultant - Business Transformation (BT) Initiatives

In this role, you will advance performance management within a federal program office that regulates clinical investigations. You'll work on aligning people, processes, and technology to support strategy and public health goals, leveraging project management and change tactics. You will develop, monitor, and improve performance measures and reporting, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions. • Maintain knowledge of performance management and its frameworks
• Evaluate business processes to assess performance indicators
• Develop performance measures for new projects and initiatives
• Create SOPs for reassessing current performance measures
• Coordinate and use business intelligence tools for tracking and reporting
• Define employee performance measures and update job descriptions accordingly
• Ensure feasibility of performance measures within the federal agency structure
• Provide a performance measurement plan for ongoing goals and improved decision making

• Consecutive employment in a similar role within past five years
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related tools
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree; federal business systems experience preferred
• U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for Facility Access Authorization
• Previous experience in performance management, business processes, and systems analysis
