Business & Employment Attorney

As a Business & Employment Attorney at a boutique Newport Beach firm, you will handle sophisticated civil disputes for businesses and employers. You will own matters from inception through trial, work closely with clients and seasoned litigators, and contribute to strategic case development. You will engage directly with clients, opposing counsel, and courts to advance settlements and trials. • base salary: 125,000-200,000 DOE

• Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, correspondence, and other legal documents
• Manage cases from inception through trial
• Take and defend depositions
• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts
• Assist with case strategy, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation

• 3+ years of employment class action experience
• Ability to manage matters from inception through settlement, including court approval processes
• 2+ years of business, commercial, or employment litigation experience
• Experience handling complex discovery and high-exposure matters
