Sr. Analyst, Business Strategy and Analytics (REMOTE)

As a Senior Analyst, you will drive data-driven insights within the DBI Analytics Center of Excellence to inform strategic decisions and improve operations. You'll translate complex data into actionable recommendations for executives, partnering with cross-functional teams to support revenue growth and efficiency. The role emphasizes governance, tool development, and user adoption while mentoring junior analysts. • Develops and delivers accurate, timely reporting and analysis for tactical and strategic decisions
• Collaborates with cross-functional partners to identify analytic needs and build ad-hoc and long-term solutions
• Acts as subject matter expert within Customer, Marketing, and Digital, guiding junior analysts
• Analyzes overall customer data trends to create actionable insights for decision making
• Interprets complex data for diverse audiences, including executives
• Participates in business meetings and category reviews to stay informed on trends and opportunities
• Drives continuous improvement of analytics processes, tools, and methodologies with focus on accuracy and business impact

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with retail mathematics and statistics
• Proficiency in data mining and SQL (BigQuery a plus)
• Experience with data science languages (R, Python)
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong organizational skills
• Effective communication and presentation skills tailored to leadership
• Experience integrating multiple data sources and validating data accuracy
• Comfort training others and driving user adoption of tools and processes
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional analytics projects and influence leadership decisions
