Senior Manager, Finance - Marketplace Growth

In this role you will shape Walmart Marketplace expansion by building market-entry plans and investment scenarios for new countries and seller corridors. You will translate opportunities into executable financial plans balancing growth, investment, risk, and long-term returns. You'll work with cross-functional and international teams to move concepts from idea to launch and scale, supporting both new and existing markets. • Develop market entry business cases, investment scenarios, and stage gates covering demand, supply, GMV, revenue, profitability, cost-to-serve, cash, and risk
• Partner with International, Strategy, Product, Technology, Supply Chain, Legal, Tax, and local market teams to move opportunities from concept through launch and scale
• Evaluate operating models, dependencies, and milestones for investment, expansion, course-correction, or exit
• Build executive-ready recommendations and track performance post-launch
• Support portfolio prioritization and expand into broader Marketplace projects across the global portfolio as priorities evolve

• Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and modeling for strategic decisions
• Experience managing risk mitigation and implementing control structures
• Ability to communicate complex financial information to senior management and cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated leadership in supervising, mentoring, and developing finance teams
• Proficiency in driving business plans, measuring performance, and adapting strategies to meet goals
