In this role you will lead the finance function for the business unit, ensuring accurate financial reporting and robust planning to support profitable growth. You will act as a strategic partner to operations, translating insights into forecasts and investment priorities. The position oversees accounting, FP&A, forecasting, capital allocation, and performance management, working with shared services to maintain controls and data integrity. • Oversee month-end and year-end close, management reporting, revenue/cost accounting, balance sheet integrity, and internal controls
• Maintain a strong control environment and identify financial, operational, and compliance risks
• Partner with Controllership, Treasury, Tax, Internal Audit, and shared services for compliant, consistent processes
• Ensure reliable financial systems, reporting processes, and data integrity for decision-making
• Resolve accounting, reporting, and process issues while adhering to policies and regulatory requirements
• Lead annual operating plan, strategic planning, rolling forecasts, and scenario analyses
• Establish metrics and reporting on revenue, margins, expenses, working capital, cash flow, and capital investments
• Analyze performance and identify opportunities, risks, and trends; develop profitability analyses by product, customer, and market
• Develop financial business cases for pricing, capex, productivity, and growth opportunities; support acquisitions/divestitures and due diligence
• Lead and develop accounting and finance teams; foster ethical, inclusive culture and cross-functional collaboration

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• MBA, CPA, CMA, or other advanced credentials preferred
• Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible finance or accounting experience
• Significant leadership experience in accounting, FP&A, forecasting, and business analysis
• Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or commercial operations preferred
