Sr. Director, Enterprise Finance Systems

In this role you will lead the Finance Systems function within OpenText's global organization, directing delivery, operations, and modernization of SAP-based finance platforms. You will drive the finance systems roadmap, oversee SAP on-premises and S/4HANA Cloud initiatives, and partner with senior Finance and IT leaders to translate business priorities into technology outcomes. You'll influence the architecture, ensure controls and resilience, and apply AI and new tech to deliver measurable value at scale. • Develop the finance systems roadmap with senior leadership
• Lead delivery, operations, and continuous improvement of SAP on-premises applications
• Advance finance modernization including S/4HANA Cloud and integrated solution ecosystem
• Coordinate with Architecture to maintain relevant Financial Systems Landscape
• Deliver change and bug-fix management for all finance systems
• Ensure operational upkeep including SOX and IT general controls
• Oversee people management and team development for the finance systems group
• Contribute to technology delivery strategy emphasizing reuse, resilience, and AI adoption
• Build cross-organizational relationships and influence stakeholders across business and IT

• 10+ years of experience leading engineering, development, or technology delivery teams
• Strong SAP ERP delivery and operations experience (on-premises) for finance systems
• Proven experience leading S/4HANA Cloud implementations (program delivery, transformation, cutover, post-go-live)
• Understanding of cross-domain ecosystems (Finance, HR, CRM)
• Experience with technology integrations related to M&A
• Experience leading multiple complex workstreams in a global organization
• High-tech software/technology services industry experience is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline (or equivalent)
