Employee Success Business Partner Director

In this role you partner with senior HR and People leaders to shape Salesforce's workforce strategy in an era of AI and data-driven transformation. You act as a trusted advisor to VP+ level stakeholders across ESBP, Workforce Transformation, and HR COEs, driving executive hiring, culture and change initiatives, and scalable people programs. You will lead cross-functional efforts, measure impact with analytics, and help navigate global policy and data implications. • Serve as a strategic HR-for-HR partner to senior leaders to shape organizational strategy and AI/Agent integration
• Provide high-impact leadership advisory and coaching to ES leadership, fostering trust and driving change
• Lead operational excellence in talent cycles: succession planning, merit and compensation reviews, workforce planning
• Form and mobilize cross-functional collaboration across Legal, Finance, and HR COEs
• Leverage analytics to monitor organizational health and connect engagement data to business metrics
• Stay ahead of global policy shifts (e.g., NCCP) and advise on data sovereignty and regional talent development

• 10+ years of strategic HR/ESBP experience with executive clients
• Strong business and technology acumen with understanding of AI impact on workforce
• Proven change leadership across large-scale transformations
• Data literacy and ability to translate people metrics into business outcomes
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management across diverse teams
