Software Engineer II (Fullstack, Business Systems)

In this role you will design, build, and maintain internal tools and integrations that power WHOOP's business operations. You will collaborate with Finance, Operations, Membership Services, and other teams to translate requirements into scalable software. You will work with critical systems like NetSuite, Salesforce, Stripe, and Boomi, ensuring reliability and security. You will contribute to APIs, data pipelines, and automation to improve efficiency, and mentor other engineers in a fast-growth, product-minded environment. • Develop, test, and deploy scalable software solutions for internal operations and integrations
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Interface with critical business systems (NetSuite, Salesforce, Stripe, Boomi) ensuring reliability, performance, and security
• Contribute to API design, data pipelines, and automation to improve efficiency
• Collaborate with engineers to share knowledge and improve processes

• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years of professional software development experience
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript)
• Experience in API design, integrations, or middleware in a business systems environment
• Experience in relational database design, data modeling, and query optimization
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Experience developing large-scale, production-quality web applications
