Sr. Finance Analyst, Business Intelligence

In this role, you support Payments Processing Finance to manage daily finance operations and analyze transaction economics and merchant profitability. You partner with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights that inform planning and strategy. You will forecast, budget, and perform month-end closing while building expertise in payment metrics to identify drivers and trends. Through concise storytelling, you'll communicate results to stakeholders and help streamline processes for greater efficiency and impact.

• Support planning and forecasting processes
• Review business performance on weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadences
• Gather inputs from stakeholders and summarize insights
• Produce executive-level presentations
• Collaborate with finance and technical teams to drive process improvements
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions and manage expectations
• Consult with finance leads on issues, risks, and dependencies
• Document and escalate risks, assist in mitigation strategies and implementation

• 3+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
• Strong modeling and analytical skills; ability to translate large datasets into actionable insights
• Understanding of payments economics is a plus
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for senior leadership
• Advanced Excel modeling; proficiency with visualization/data tools (Tableau, Power BI, SQL) preferred
• Experience with Essbase, Hyperion, or similar financial systems a plus
• Bias for action; comfortable in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
