Full-time | Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5:00 PM | On-site | Permanent

Are you creative, organized, and interested in how brands connect with their audiences? We're looking for a Marketing Assistant to support day-to-day marketing activities, help coordinate campaigns, and contribute to promotional projects. This is an opportunity to develop practical marketing skills while working alongside a team focused on brand awareness and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and coordinating marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Help prepare marketing materials, presentations, and digital content.
• Support social media updates and website content management.
• Conduct basic market research and gather information on competitors and industry trends.
• Coordinate campaign schedules, meetings, and project deadlines.
• Maintain marketing files, contact lists, and campaign records.
• Monitor campaign activity and help compile performance reports.
• Work with team members to ensure marketing materials follow brand guidelines.

What We're Looking For

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A creative mindset with an interest in marketing, branding, or communications.
• Confidence using standard office software and digital tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Previous marketing, administrative, or promotional experience is an advantage, but a willingness to learn is essential.

Position Details

• Pay: $18–$22 per hour
• Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
• Location: On-site in Miami, FL
• Employment Type: Full-time, permanent
